My name is Elissa Johnson, and I’m a multifaceted creative with experience in event coordination, production, and visual storytelling.

I’ve worked in a range of roles across communications and creative operations — from floor managing live productions and capturing moments through videography, to supporting client-facing programs as an executive assistant. Each role has sharpened my ability to lead with responsibility , stay organized under pressure, and collaborate across teams.

My goal is to create work that’s intentional, well-executed, and people-centered. I’m all about the behind-the-scenes process — whether that means producing content or leading a team, I care about building experiences that run smoothly, feel thoughtful, and leave a lasting impact.
