Through visual storytelling, this project explores the cultural importance of hair in the minority community located in Brooklyn, NY. It explores how salons serve as spaces of care, identity, and expression through the testimonies of dedicated hairstylists and customers.

This personal project explores the stages of grief through a reflective inner monologue paired with visual art from the Palmer Museum of Art. It offers a look at loss and healing from the inside out.

As an Editorial Associate for Hearst Magazine: Prevention,
I contributed to the publication of health and wellness content. My work focused on topics such as nutrition, fitness, mental health, and everyday well-being.
